Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve personalized ads. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the "FC 26 Player Ratings" mobile application (the "App"), developed by Ticherhaz. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes only.

5. User Conduct
You agree that you will not use the App to:
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
Interfere with the App’s functionality or the experience of other users.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Local Data Only
All data you interact with—including player ratings, your favorite teams, and app preferences—is stored locally on your device. Ticherhaz does not host, backup, or have access to this data. You are solely responsible for any loss of data resulting from uninstalling the App, clearing app data, or device failure.
7. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain non-personal information (such as Advertising ID) to serve ads. Your interaction with ads is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertisers or links within ads.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticherhaz disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of player ratings or statistics.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
That the App will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
Player ratings are based on fictional or estimated data and do not reflect official endorsements by any league, club, or governing body.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticherhaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or device damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Ticherhaz’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to download the App (which is typically $0, as the App is free).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ticherhaz from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will post the updated Terms within the App and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Ticherhaz’s country of residence (Malaysia, unless otherwise specified), without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Ticherhaz 不对任何间接的、附带的、特殊的、后果性的或惩罚性的损害赔偿承担责任，包括但不限于数据丢失、使用体验损失或设备损坏，即使已被告知可能发生此类损害。
在任何情况下，Ticherhaz 对您的总赔偿责任不超过您为下载本应用所支付的金额（本应用通常为免费）。
10. 赔偿
